Falon Dominguez is Director, Office of the CEO at Miro.Falon started at Miro as a Senior Manager in Business Operations. Before Miro, Falon completed her MBA at The Wharton School majoring in Entrepreneurship Management and Marketing.Before Wharton, Falon spent four years at Google in various roles in Strategy Operations and Customer Service. At Google.org, she directed global grant operations and managed annual budgeting, planning, and forecasting for Google's $240M+ portfolio. Falon also volunteered with the Google Small Business Supplier Diversity Team, educating business owners about Google's Supplier Program and encouraging Google teams to utilize diverse suppliers.Falon is a graduate of American University and the Frederick Douglass Distinguished Scholars Program. While in school she co-founded and led an education non-profit, Fotosynthesis, which was selected to attend the Clinton Global Initiative University Conference in 2012 and also received a $30K grant from Adobe and Unicef in 2014.Falon is driven by community, culture, and giving back to others. She is an aspiring baker, an avid reader, and film enthusiast. When she isn't in Philadelphia, you can find her visiting her family (and the beach) in her hometown, Jacksonville, FL.
